Period returning after MC or termination, how long did yours take?

Hi Ladies,
I hope this is the right place to post this? Back round, I had a termination at 15weeks pg on the 20th June (baby was not going to live sadly) and I think my body is getting back to normal. I know everyone is different, but yesterday and today I feel like it is trying to have a period. Slight cramps, some blood every now and then.
I was just wondering how long your period took to come back after a MC or termination? Thank you :)

I had a mmc at 16 weeks baby was 14 weeks, that was 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my period, had a bit of spotting here and there but nothing Hmm

The medics usually quote 4-6 weeks for first AF. Mine has tended to be about 5 weeks, a week longer than a normal cycle for me. Cramping/bleeding a bit during that first cycle isn't unusual, and nor is it being very long, they are not concerned until the 10 week point. Of the people I know who had a very long wait for AF it seemed to be after MMC and ERPC, I guess if your body is hormonally ready to MC naturally maybe the cycle kicks in again faster.
2 weeks would seem v short but anything is possible in a WTF cycle.

Lol thanks ladies. I just don't know, The bleeding is so so light and doesn't even last an hour and I don't know if the pain & discomfort is period or bowel (eating habits still all over the place)
It's a little frustrating I guess!

My first period after my d&c was 2 months later, around the same date my period would have come. It was quite heavy flow for the first few days then settled down, the next period wasn´t so heavy. It can be an anxious time waiting for your first AF. I think it is nothing to worry about unless it is longer than 6 months. But I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.
