Recurrent miscarriage - genetic analysis of lost 'product of conception'

Dear all,
I was just wondering whether anyone of you might know where one can have a 'cytogenetic analysis of the product of conception' done after a first trimester miscarriage, or in other words who might be able to examine the genes of the dead embryo/fetus after a surgical managment of miscarriage?

I have already had three surgical managements of
first trimester miscarriages (each time the fetal heart rate was detected during ultrasound scans, but I then started bleeding and lost the pregnancy at around 2-3 months). I have done all basic diagnostic tests, including karyotype testing of my and my husband's blood, which all came out normal.

However, I have read that after three miscarriages it would be very informative to also analyse the cells/genes of the fetus after another miscarriage.
However, at the St Mary's hospital in Manchester where I had received my surgery they said that this was not done at their hospital, and I should find out whether next time I could do it somewhere privately.

Has anyone had experience with this? Does the NHS perform these tests elsewhere or do you know any private clinics or labs that do so?

Hoping to hear from you soon, as I am hoping to get pregnant again soon.
Warm regards!
