fantastic to see miscarriage given really good space in a national newspaper. one surprise and disappointment - this lengthy article makes no mention whatsoever of miscarriage and NK cells. This does seem the most potentially exciting new area of research in recurrent miscarriage. There are now too many stories of success with treatment for NK cells for the theory to be easily dismissed.

My hayfever is just really bad today.

I agree with the article that it should be talked about more.

After suffering many MCs I felt victimised. When I found MN I realised how common an occurance it is.

I think it would help people if they knew the very real chance of miscarriage before they were even pregnant.

i thought this was a real good article, thanks for posting. After suffering my first MC this month, it has helped me get more of an insight into how they happen. I too felt very alone with it until i logged on here!

Its also made me think that although i have been devastated at losing my baby, there are lots of people out there who go through much worse.

I cried too, mostly at the description of 'UP'. Though I was a bit annoyed by the fact that the women they talked to were older women, probably a reflection of the places they went to (fertility clinics) to find people who had had a miscarriage and were willing to talk?) plus there was one line about careers and economic choices which got up my nose.
