It's so great knowing I have this much company! And I just lurve your friend, 21 I thought it was stress, ADH (I found an online questionnaire that reckons you have it if you score more than 30: I got 78) or maybe Alzheimers - scared meself to death . Then I got thinking: I've passed myself off as pretty efficient for most of my life, even though the ADH stuff has definitely featured, so what's going wrong? I found I was lactose intolerant last year, so was using lots of soya. Really, really bad idea, for me at least - since I stopped using that as well, I'm lots better. Just a warning guys...

How young, Pointydog? I'm 44.
Dr says I'm probably going through it now and my short-term memory's been shot for a year or so. I've always written lists, but now I find I'm really relying on them. Dds keep picking me up on things I promise we'll do and then forget about completely. The worst is trying to make a contribution at a meeting then tailing off because by the time I get to the middle of the sentnce I forget the point I was trying to make
