Can you feel when Evorel Sequi patches are due to be changed?

I'm not sure if I'm going mad, or it's psychosomatic or whatever, but for those of you on Evorel Sequi patches...can you feel when one is wearing off and needs changing?!

I change mine on a Wednesday and Saturday. I can suddenly start getting really tetchy late afternoon on these days, then realise I'm due a patch change.

Just wondering if anyone else can feel the effects of the patches wearing off when it's time to change?

Then again, my family have been pissing me off today so it's probably that and nothing to do with my hormones ! 🤣

I don’t experience this but no feel my symptoms return in the last two weeks as soon as I switch to the conti patches. Anxiety, insomnia, fog, grumpiness. I feel like me for two weeks and then boom!
I’m only in my second month but hoping it evens out?

Im on estrodot conti and experiencing light bleeding everyday for 2 weeks now, I hope it calms down soon! Anyone else?
I don’t think the heat helps with patches… apparently if you get too hot they dump out all of in one go amd become unstable. So might be why the last day feels difficult?

Do you mean Evorel Conti? Estradot only do estrogen only patches so you would need to be taking progesterone separately or have a coil with that brand.
How long have you been on the Conti for? If you are well established on it and haven’t had bleeding before you need to see your GP as unexpected bleeding whilst on HRT is something that needs checking out.

I didnthave to fight to go on - at all. But she basically said if the 50 patches dont do anything (2 weeks sequil 2 weeks conti) after 3 months then symptoms aren't hrt related. I dont really know how to measure my symptoms to tbh!

im 6 weeks in and am not sure when the bleed is supposed tohappen as i get smears often.

Yes. I was getting itchy close to patch change. Consultant recently agreed I could come off them and manage without any hrt intervention. I stopped last Wednesday and feel much more like myself again
