Menopause at 35? FSH 30

Hi,
I am 35 and after two bouts of hot flushes and missed periods each time, my doctor tested my FSH levels.
It has come back as 30 iu/l.

I am waiting until my next period (theoretically) to retest and also do LH.

I would say the hot flushes are the only obvious symptom I’ve had minus the missed periods. I put them down to going through a stressful time.

On reflection, the last 4 years or so my periods have become unreasonably heavy although they’ve now calmed back down a bit.
I also wake up feeling quite stiff and I’ve noticed my fingers feeling stiff too.

My only health issue is Hypothryoidism and my TSH has been sitting steadily at 1 for nearly 10 years. I was never overly symptomatic for it either.
I have also never had children.

Just looking for a bit of reassurance or guidance, I am trying not to get too far ahead with my thoughts since nothing is confirmed yet. But 30 is a very high FSH result for my age.

There is a lot of info online on The Daisy Network- it's a national charity for women with premature menopause and includes expert advice from doctors. If your GP hasn't already, you probably need referring to a gynaecologist specialising in early menopause/ fertility who can do all the tests etc.
