Im currently going through menopause. Im 52 my periods are now irregular so i know ive also just experienced frozen shoulder. Im bloated and doing no exercise so weight is pilling on. I feel that my cortisol levels are high and i have very little estrogen now as the weight is storing on my belly. Im asking if anyone has tried lunera hormone imbalance tablets .they seem to be all over social media. The problem is i look at negative reviews first just because i dont trust positive ones as they are made up. Im currently taking collegen, biotin and vitamin D and the results so far are great .my skin is glowing my hair and nails are growing. Im just fat! 😅 i just would like real reviews

Thanks in advance

What do they have in them? I don't want yo Google it I'll get a load of adverts for them. I can't imagine that they work as they aren't a licensed medicine (I presume) so can't really claim anything.
ETA I did look them up. I can't think they'd do you any harm, but I imagine they are expensive.

So you have any bother symptoms? Would you consider HRT?

None of this stuff works.
If you do as PP says and look at the actual ingredients (they will be listed) most are just vitamins and minerals you'd eat anyway and maybe some herbs.

It really annoys me that so many companies have jumped on the 'meno bandwagon' and are producing stuff that is simply a type of vitamin tablet.

Look at the ingredients- it's a vitamin tablet with some flax ( buy seeds and put them in your food it you want to!), rosemary leaf (use it in your cooking) soy - eat a soya yoghurt! Oh, and a bit of ginseng as well.

None of those make anyone lose weight.

If you want to lose weight it comes down the same old thing- less food, (mainly reducing carbs and focusing on protein, fruit and veg) and more exercise.
