does anyone have these - not full blown migraines, but the milder type?
what do they feel like for you?

i m sitting in my darkened living room, phone set on lowest brightness level, trying to block all sounds or noises, and feeling just buzzy...

Yes totally. Started at 40. HRT helps but doesn't eliminate them

Sumatriptan medication….either prescribed or you can get behind the counter in boots after filling in a questionnaire for pharmacist. Honestly it’s like magic

I get the mainly visual disturbance periodically, just lying down in a darkened room as you say is what sorts it.

My migraines are not low-grade - they’re full on trying to kill me but I second this. Sumatriptan can really bring relief

My migraines re-emerged at around 45 having been clear of them for 10-12 years. They weren’t crippling, more the low-grade you describe. They’ve now gone with the help of HRT and the passage of time.

I get them. I have been taking atenolol 25mg as a preventative- works great. I hate triptans - they make me feel as bad as the migraine does!

Highly recommend this advice on supplements - for me, so far, a complete game changer:

I was getting regular, mild aura migraines (aura plus hangover feeling)
