I've only just started on these, Friday morning I put one on. Yesterday on getting ready for bed I could hear it wrinkling (I've put it on at the top of my bum, so it won't be impacted by sitting, but it's protected by my knickers) I had a look in the mirror & it had like a huge wrinkle through it so I straightened it up & hoped for the best.

Nope, it's crinkling away when I walk on getting up & it's wrinkled up again.

Am I putting it on wrong or something? The box says twice a week, I can't change them daily, can I?!

Should I try it in a different place?
Where does everybody else wear theirs?

I had a quick Google last night & it said nowhere with hair or where you may sweat excessively, so that's the entire front area a 'No' then as it's a sweaty, disgusting mess.

Top of thigh, rub patch in hand to warm it up, then stick and hold down. Baths aren’t great so I try to have one of days that it needs changing.

Runningismyhappyplace50 Thank you, I hadn't thought about baths! I don't have one very often but when I do (when my kids aren't here) I sit in there for hours & have it ridiculously hot!

I use Evorel Conti and cover with a tegaderm dressing. Zoff wipes are great for getting rid of any residue.

Mine is just above my bikini style underwear - I mention the type to give you an idea of location only! I started on my bum but occasionally I would find it stuck to my knickers and I felt it actually came off more from my bum, I’ve only lost one from the front position and I like that I can see it - it def does get a little wrinkled near the end of its life but it only has to last a few days

JudyP i don't want to see mine, I want to pretend that it's not there! Maybe if, after all of this, it actually helps, then I'll wear it on the front with prideGrin
