Progesterone question

If I’m on Evorel 75 and 10 mg provera, is that correct?

been on this for 5 years and now docs want me to try continuous progesterone

the progesterone makes me bloat so much during the two weeks I take it and my mood is so low

GP just seemed to read from screen when I said concerned this is right dose for me as weight around waist is so big

amd also I’m concerned I will now put on even more weight or become low all month

When you go onto continuous you'll drop to 5mg daily of the provera which might help.

Oh, GP prescribed me 10mg tablets/ one daily …

Provera is a synthetic progesterone, usual prescription is micronised progesterone and is body identical like Utrogestan.
