Where to put patch?

I’ve just collected my first prescription of evorel sequi.

Nurse had said to pop them on my stomach, below and to the side of belly button. Leaflet inside box says thigh or bum.

just wondering on where most prefer to have them, and if there’s a knack to it that avoids having them fall off etc.

On alternate hips. I tried my thighs but they kept coming off.
my tip is to put them on at night f you sleep on your side as they stick down while you sleep.

I feel that a trip to my gp is needed. I am struggling, I'm on Hrt but these patches sound more effective. I'm not sleeping very well as I'm too hot ( regardless of the weather)

I do alternative bum cheeks too. Even with me swimming 4 or 5 times a week the everol patches never fall off. I don’t warm them of anything. Just slap them on after a shower.

Towards top of my leg, alternating
never thought of putting on stomach, mostly because gp advised nowhere near breasts

i generally have no issue with them sticking for half a week
just slightly annoying the little square it leaves behind and having to scratch that off

Mine go on alternate bum cheeks.

Not seen this mentioned but I heat mine up with the hairdryer for a few seconds before sticking on and that works a treat- I also use medical glue removal wipes to get rid of the stickiness! As to where, I was told below the belly button so usually bum/thigh under knickers

Thanks everyone - I went for bum cheek as it felt like the place it would be the most left alone, and not easily caught.
popped my first one on on Tuesday evening, and today I have super sore breasts - is this a coincidence, or are side effects this quickly normal?

Yeah, hopefully will improve - what dose did they start you on?
