42 (and a half), mirena coil, feeling so lacklustre. Peri/HRT?!

As the title says, I am 42.5. I have a mirena coil so no idea about my cycle, get the odd bit of breakthrough at random times.

Recently I have just felt so so down in the dumps. Also had a few complete memory blanks recently. Like no idea where my train of thought was. I do sweat a bit at night, and I seem a bit on edge but not anxious per se.

Started periods late at 15/16 so would be surprised to finish them early.
Endometriosis, surgery incl ovarian so a reduced size and function on one side (less estrogen? Earlier meno?)
Finished having kids, youngest is 3. I had assumed some of how I am feeling was post partum til recently.
No sex drive at all, but do enjoy it once it's started.
Itchy down below, particularly perineum (vaginal atrophy?)

Take a multi vit, fish oil and collagen. Eat very well lots of veg and protein.
Drink alcohol but not loads (anymore).
Aiming to get back in the gym and up my steps.

In my shoes, would you do any tests or approach the doctor for HRT? Work is the big problem, I seriously CBA. I can't make myself do anything at all.

I had 3 Mirena coils ( one after each child).... I felt like you after my 3rd coil and was mid 40s. Also had awful skin that required Roaccutane 😮Came across an article about Mirena side effects ( I'd never heard of any before as just thought it was the Holy Grail that stopped periods). The penny dropped! I had it removed and replaced with a copper IUD and fairly quickly I felt back to myself and my skin cleared totally cleared up. More recently I had a gynae procedure where they replaced the copper for a Mirena ( I was under a general anaesthetic so none the wiser) and within a few weeks had acne again and felt really down etc. Got that removed pronto and been fine ever since! I know Mirenas are brilliant for so many but they are also not brilliant at all for some of us. Hope that helps x

Thanks @Brizzle1991 however I think I really like the mirena overall and don't have an alternative to the ridiculous heavy periods that made me basically unable to leave the house to do the school run :-/ Copper wouldn't help with that. And prior to mirena I was iron deficient the entire time and feeling kind of similar to now, but in a slightly less emotions based way. I was also planning to use it as the progesterone element of the HRT as and when the time comes, and not have to go back to the floods ever again.
