My first thought was low iron. When you say blood tests are normal have you actually seen the levels or just been told they are in the normal range?
If your iron is on the lower end of the very wide range supposedly normal you can still be symptomatic and if so I would suggest you discuss an iron supplement with your gp.

I have seen my results on the nhs app and they have tested for all sorts of things but they all say normal or a few say satisfactory. Got gp appointment on Monday so see what they say , cos got no faith in gps at the moment

Hi @Cloggits71 Have you tried increasing your estrogen dose?
Most women start on 2 pumps but you can go to 3 or 4 (but may need to double the progesterone to compensate for that.) After 3 months you will need a review to discuss this.

The other thing to consider is that it could be the progesterone side that isn't suiting you.

I assume you're well over 50 now and post meno?
Because that's who the combined continuous HRT regime you're on is for.

If you want to, you can choose to take progesterone on a cycle - 2 tablets for 12 days per month.

You might find this helps because micronised progesterone can make a lot of women tired.

There are several other types, either as a separate tablet, or as a patch.

What are your ferritin levels like?

Also - do you supplement ? Magnesium? General minerals? Collagen?

Hi , I was taking 2 progesterone on the cycle but was giving me terrible bloating so was told to take it continuously. But I think that may be the issue , it may not be agreeing with me . I may up my dose of oestrogel and see what happens

My ferritin levels are within range , but I’m guessing that I would probably just have to start taking iron tablets . I am not taking any supplements at the moment

Has the GP checked your thyroid? Low thyroid causes hair loss and tiredness.

I was very tired and generally meh with menopause symptoms.
Have been on her over a year and regularly take additional vitamins and minerals and feel loads better. Up your vitamins D intake, multivitamins including iron and I also take a calcium one too. Give it all a while to work.
I'd speak to the GP about hair loss though.
