On everol patches whilst there’s an estradot shortage & rarely do they stay stuck on for the requisite time. If you’re meant to change them half way through the week, but they fall off in between, does that not affect how much hormone you’re receiving? I gym and swim a lot & they are useless!

I have Evorel patches and swim and gym a lot too but they never come off for me. Don't change them after a shower. Warm the new patch slightly, stick on your bum where it'd be covered by underwear to avoid rubbing. When you stick it on, use your palm to rub over the patch to really stick it down.

I started on evorel patches and at first they came off before they were due. Now I simply rub them vigorously with the palm of my hand
for 20 seconds after I’ve applied them and no issues since. In fact they are still stuck fast when it is time to remove.
