I’m going on holiday and when I take the pills I feel super tired, but sucky, bloated etc so wondered if I could skip a month. GP has no idea to b honest

Your GP won't know but most consultants would say 'ok'.

'Long cycle' HRT as it's called is allowed under supervision for women who, for example, are intolerant to progesterone.
This means extending the estrogen-only weeks.

If you can, start the progesterone when you're home or towards the end of your holiday.

Would I possibly have a period though. So I took my last tablets last night. I’m due a period tomorrow as normal but if I don’t start my pills again in two weeks will I bleed on holiday 🤷‍♀️

If the bleed is a withdrawal bleed and not connected in any way to your own natural cycle, then you should only bleed at the end of the progesterone phase. I'm sure you appreciate that HRT creates a false cycle and a bleed comes when progesterone levels fall.

If you were still having your own regular periods before you started hrt then yes, one may come when you're on holiday.

If your periods had stopped or almost stopped when you started HRT, then you won't bleed if you are using estrogen only.
