Seeking recommendations for dilators for VA

I'm on a FB group for women with vaginal atrophy, and a lot of success stories seem to come from persevering with increasing the size of dilators over time.

When I have looked online, it seems they are really expensive. I guess I don't mind paying for something that will actually work though. Does anyone have any recommendations please?

Boots have got a set that is £50 at the moment. They are waterproof and heat up too, sound potentially helpful.

Hi I found the same @FutureFeelsBleak but ended up spending £35 on these:
mascotom.co.uk/products/silicone-pelvic-floor-trainer-set

They're so much more comfortable being silicone than the hard plastic NHS ones (which were prescribed for post radiation dilation to break down adhesions and vaginal narrowing) as well as menopausal atrophy.
It does feel expensive when I really only use the 2 smallest sizes but my goal atm is to keep everything open as opposed to returning to my prior "normal". I did look to see if I could buy them individually which you can (elsewhere on line) but then obvs you can't increase in size. I heat them in warm water prior to use & have no issues with the curved shape.

I've been using Love honey silicone dilators with lube since around last Christmas. They weren't cheap, I paid £60 but split the payment over 3 months. Finally this month I have been able to insert the largest dilator. I don't dilate every day, only when I'm in the mood so it has taken a while. I only discovered I had a problem during a smear test a number of years ago which was very painful. I started menopause when I was 44 ish I'm now 58. I didn't seek any advice or medication as I wasn't really experiencing issues as such. So until I had that painful smear, I wasn't aware of vaginal dryness and narrowing etc. It doesn't help that my husband and I no longer have intimacy, so it's two fold with me. Anyway .. dilating has worked for me, but it does require patience and time of course.
