Help me with my dry hair please!

It must be peri menopause related. 6 months ago I was using Olaplex products only. Randomly my hair went really dry and almost straw like. The ends look like I've burnt them with hair straighteners when I haven't. In fact I rarely use them these days and still no improvement. My hairdresser recommended a change of product. I tried both L'Oréal blondifier and Kerastace. Both ok first few times so I bought more which isn't cheap and now they've done exactly the same.
I've tried Menoplex from Charles Worthington which had such good reviews and it's even worse. I literally don't know what to do. My hair feels awful. Help!
Btw I'm on hrt and no other symptoms have worsened.

I have binned Olaplex and K18. I thought they were great and now I’m suspicious. I have very fine, naturally
blonde hair that I get some foils in about once a year. I heat style it and use a heat protectant. My hair was breaking higher and higher up, and in terrible shape. I started using an oil to protect my hair from the ears down before I shampoo, (Delicious hair oil is fabulous but even sunflower oil is perfectly fine. It’s just going to be washed out.) Shampoo (preferably a simple, transparent one without Mica or “Moisture” or promising to repair damage. It’s job is to clean your scalp. Massage the shampoo all over your very wet scalp with the tips of your fingers (no nails) or one of those fab silicone scalp massage brush things and rinse thoroughly. Repeat with head upside down, focusing on back of scalp and bringing shampoo forward to ensure none of the scalp has been forgotten. Bring the bubbles through the rest of the hair and rinse thoroughly while still leaning forward and assist by lifting hair away from the scalp, allowing water to rinse scalp clean and blot it dry (damp) with a towel. Apply a hair mask. (My faves atm are Fino and Tsubski). I leave on while I wash my body or shave legs, etc. Rinse like before. . Once water is clear, divide hair into 2 or 4 sectionz and gently squeeze (not pull) excess water from hair (like you are milking a cow?) THEN apply comditioner to each section from ears down and gently get knots out with wide-toothed comb or wet brush/tangle teezer. Rinse, rinse, rinse. Spray in a leave-in conditioner. Wrap hair in a microfiber towel for no more than half an hour and use a heat protectant. Heat style as usual.

Which brands do you like the most?

Why don't you switch to natural hair care products? Natural coconut oil restores hair moisture and it's also good for the scalp. Cold-pressed castor oil helps grow hair and is good for thinning hair.

@Growlingteddybear I live in Australia and it’s getting SUPER expensive to buy even drugstore hair care . I have been buying Japanese and Korean brands because I find that they are as good or better than
pro brands and come in giant bottles for similar prices to the drugstore stuff here. I am not overly faithful to any particular website, as I shop ahead (sloooooow) and have tried quite a few brands. Am currently using Fino everything (very good sale at the time) and am really happy with the results. (It’s very strongly scented which I don’t love, but it doesn’t cling, so I tolerate that bit - the mask is the best I have ever used - so far.)

This is gonna sound mad but I have dry scalp and my hair was a bit dry but I started using head and shoulders conditioner coconut oil one. My hair is to soft now it's almost like it's gone greesy never had that before lol.
This is the best at making it soft and moisturised it's the hydrating one
