Feeling like shit generally - can't take HRT; any advice on supplements or vitamins? Pretty desperate.

I feel like shit. Exhausted, depressed, can't be arsed with anything. All the usual stuff. Can't take HRT as it makes my hair fall out. I'm doing the best I can, but god, it's hard. No motivation.

I have ME too, and that doesn't help.

Does anyone have any advice on any vitamins, supplements etc that might help?

My iron is fine as I'm taking prescribed supplements and it must be edging towards 100 now.

Vitamin D fine, doctor said to stop supplements as it was way too high!

I'll try anything at this point (within reason!)

HELP! I'm 38 amd I've been going through my menopause for some time now. I can't take HRT and I'm trying to go as natural as possible. Any advice on what I can take? I'm tired all the time and yet I can never sleep. Only in the day can i sleep. Which is hard when im working all the time. I find i flat line around 1pm then by the time im home amd in bed i cant switch off to sleep. It's a vicious circle. My moods are all over the shop. Fed up, depressed and generally feel rotten all the time. My muscles ache. And I'm starting to not see the light at the end of the tunnel. I've tried numerous things. But I don't see much change. Any advice would be great. Also my diet is good. I eat well. Usually fish and chicken. Veg and fruit etc.. so I don't think it's my diet.

Are you able to adjust your diet and ways of eating? Lots of good research around foods which help or harm and evidence on benefits of fasting.

There are a few Zoe podcasts which are an easy intro if you Google.

I hope you find something, sounds like you're already doing a lot.
