HRT?

Mine is exacerbated by anxiety and overwhelm so manage down what stressors you can.

I find a brisk walk in outdoor greenery clears things too. Better yet, on the beach.

Trying not to go down the HRT route if I can..

@Sinbad26 , I’m trying to avoid hrt as well , I’m suffering with brain fog , and I know it’s a cliche, but I’m trying to write absolutely everything I can down , so I don’t miss appointments etc .

Hi, if you're not keen on trying HRT (although I highly recommend it personally, if you don't have a family history of female cancers) then you might try Menopause Complex by BetterVits.
They have a 60 day money back guarantee, and I've found it really helpful for reducing brain fog, itchy skin and occasional hot flushes. I'm 60 and uses HRT to get through the worst of the Menopause, but my GP wasn't keen on putting me back on it again.
My daughter has just completed an advanced Menopause training course and has been very clear that the symptoms can be lifelong, after all, we don't suddenly start producing estrogen/progesterone/testosterone again once we are menopausal.
Anyway, I found the supplements very helpful, wishing you relief x
