right bundle branch block, exercise and HRT?

to avoid drip feed, I'm 51. I was
diagnosed with underactive thyroid (hashimotos) 2 years ago. Improvement
to my skin/hair/slight weight loss followed,
but I'm still tired a lot. Went to recent bupa health assessment and the ecg found that I have a right bundle branch block
and the doctor thought I should see a cardiologist as I have occasional mild palpitations.
She's also suggested I look into HRT via
the NHS (can't
afford bupa private prescription) due to menopause symptoms of tiredness, aching joints, night sweats etc. I've got an appointment with my NHS female GP, but
due to my heart issue (which is apparently not serious at all) and hashimotos, will she refuse HRT? Anyone else menopausal
and have hashimotos or
have right bundle branch block?

I don’t have hashimitos but I do have undetected thyroid and right bundle branch block .. I also have a condition that causes blood clots .. I’m on blood thinners and have been in transdermal hrt for a year ..

thanks for replying. Can I ask, what investigations you've had for
the right bundle branch block? I'm lucky enough to have
the option, via bupa, to get a cardiology referral, but the doctor I saw at the health assessment didn't seem to think it was serious unless I have symptoms such as shortness of
breath. I do have very occasional
mild palpitations but have put that down to menopause.

Sorry I meant under active not undetected 🙈

I was diagnosed after an ECG in an and e for chest pain which actually turned out to be a cracked rib ! However I was refered to cardiology for an angiogram to check there were no underlying issues . My angiogram was fine so I was told not to worry .. I Woukd be asking for a cardiology referral

Sorry this is old.. but recent rbbb diagnosis brought me here. Interestingly I also have hashimotos! How strange all three of us have thyroid issues and this cardiac thing! Awaiting to see if I’ll get a referral to cardiology.
