Just that really. Just saw an ad and wondered if they might help. Thanks lovely MNetters.

Dr Brewer popped up doing the “keep watching this endless video” hard sell ( so easy to get sucked in to these🙄). I’m training myself to be more dubious about these ads but her qualifications are reassuring ( tho this doesn’t mean she’s not after a fast buck). Reading this thread I’m thinking it might be ‘suck it and see’ as not everyone will get same effect or need same solution. I don’t get flushes and sweats ( never have: at least 20 years since menopause ) but BAD mood swings ( worst symptom) and frustrating brain fog; weight changes: I gained, then lost, then gained weight inexplicably with no diet changes, so all presumably hormonal. I already take some of the stuff in Total Harmony ( saffron regularly, ashwaganda on and off) and as I don’t get sweats I don’t need sage. Sleep was helped most by acupuncture and homeopathy. Best solution for mood has been SSRI ( altho I recently weaned off to try to avoid permanent reliance). Total Harmony might be useful as it’s ‘all in one’ as opposed to several bottles of pills; the video that popped up was offering one month for £49.99…at the mo tho I’m thinking I probably won’t buy, but now I know about it I might check out some more reviews.

Menopause goes in first ever it feels!!!! I haven’t tried Total Harmony but the ads are tempting. I tried HRT but don’t want to go back to it. I take Ashwangandra (may have misspelled) This article was interesting https://www.healthspan.co.uk/guides/the-best-menopause-supplements-according-to-experts/ Does anyone have experience of sage supplements? Thank you

I'd be cautious about any site suggesting supplements which they sell

Two of them on that list are not considered safe or effective by the British Menopause Society. Black cohosh can cause liver damage taken long term.
Evening primrose has no effect on meno symptoms - it's role is to help breast pain.

I have just seen the sales video and was looking for independent reviews. (I imagine it’s the same thing but now the brand is Aeons.)

There were a few people here who had positive results, now it’s a few months on - would you still say it’s working for you?
