Does anyone take Femoston?

Im currently in peri, using oestrogen patches and take utrogestan vaginally as orally made me miserable. Vaginally seems a bit better but it also seems to make me wee a lot. A consultant I saw agreed this can be a side effect.
Thinking of swapping to Femoston - ie, pills. Does anyone have any experience of this?
I always got on fine with the contraceptive pill, back in the day, so I’m hoping it might be ok.

I used to, for 2 years, until about 4/5 years ago. I was late peri heading into meno and still having periods although they were erratic. Femoston flipped me back to “normal” and I felt much better, it got rid of flushes and insomnia. No bad side effects. (I used to tolerate the pill well when I was younger too). I came off after 2 years because I was generally worried about being on it too long.
However after a gap of 4 years I am re starting HRT this time with gel and progesterone pills. I had a few persistent symptoms that were just too much after all this time. Hope that helps.

I've been on Femoston for about 18 months and it's helped quite a bit with the night wakings, insomnia and horrific PMS. I've not taken any other form of HRT before so don't have anything to compare it to though. I'm also using Estriol cream.

I was on Femoston sequential 1/10, then the higher dose 2/10.

Then I changed to the continuous dose 1/5. at 56.

I was always happy with it. I did have some bleeding problems when I changed to sequential but that eventually sorted itself.

Unfortunately my surgery are very keen on changing to transdermal so I am now on patches and uterogestan and I have felt quite depressed on some days like you say, and my sleep is all over the place.

I've been on conti for about ten years. Never had any issues. Have no menopause symptoms at all
