Does anyone take any supplements to help with the challenges of menopause?

Vitamin B complex for energy.
Vitamin D3 with K2 for bones.
A good quality omega 3 for joints.
Magnesium for sleep.

I have started taking wild yam which has helped with my mood but gave me massive brain fog (or at least I think that was the reason.) so I stopped. The brain fog lifted. The low mood came back so I ordered something called INNOPURE on Amazon. I haven't started it yet but I'll come back and update. Seems to have good reviews.

I also take B6 and Taurine for brain fog and low energy and it helped tremendously.

What symptoms are annoying you the most? There are different supplements for different symptoms.

I think some of my symptoms are due to other conditions and the medication I'm on, but I take all those mentioned by @DustyLee123. Plus milk thistle for my liver (because of all the other meds) and valerian for sleep.

Currently having problems with splitting nails so have added biotin.

Not sure if we should be taking calcium? And if so is it right that it shouldn't be taken at the same time as magnesium?

Sorry for slight hijack!

It's always best to do some research before taking supplements.
There is no clear evidence that glucosamine helps - some research says yes, others says no.

Apart from Vit D, your diet should give you everything you need if you eat healthily.

For example, fish oils for Omega 3 can do more harm than good.
Some fish oils are made from poor quality fish and can contain a lot of mercury or other possible toxins.
Vit B is water soluble and any excess is just excreted. It's easy to get Vit B from grains and meat, and it's only vegans or vegetarians who may need B12 as a supplement.

Collagen
MCT oil
Shativari
Magnesium
Sage
Pantothenic Acid
Lions Mane
Sometimes vitamin e

And then vit C, D and omega 3 for non menopause related reasons
