For about 7 weeks I've been feeling absolutely exhausted to the point of feeling unwell. It's not lack of sleep. I'm waking up a bit earlier than usual but actually have an amount of sleep some people would kill for. I sometimes feel light headed but think this is part of the exhaustion.
I've seen my GP and had blood tests: all normal. Blood pressure normal.
I'm 55 and on oestrogen gel, progesterone and testosterone. I've been taking them for about a year but the testosterone for about 4 months.
I'm now wondering if the HRT could be at the root of it. I'm looking for ideas really because it's debilitating. I feel awful very day.

Menopause can be responsible for so many things.

Have you checked if you snore (or even sleep apnea)?

You can get a sleep app to record snoring. I can’t offer any help Ref HRT as it did nothing for me.

It would be unlikely that HRT could cause a slump when you have used it for a year and been ok. The only think that has changed is the testosterone so you could try ditching that.

Have you had blood tests for diabetes and your thyroid?

How's your diet?

There's a lot of stuff around now on gut health and how it impacts on the menopause. A good source of advice (and it's real science) is the Zoe website, under Library, there are articles on menopause and food.

Thank you

JinglingSpringbells yes, diabetes and thyroid were both tested.
My diet is pretty good too. I follow Zoe and for example have kefir every morning, sauerkraut , loads of veg. I'm on the cusp of overweight/ normal BMI because I do love food but generally cook myself, just eat too much.
It's a real puzzle that's driving me mad.
I'll try ditching the testosterone.
