So angry

I have had a wonderful week (half term and a teacher). Nice balance between having a rest, being alone, seeing family and getting ready for the next half term.

But work up today boiling angry. I feel really tempted to take all the plates out the cupboards and smash them all up. I am drinking tea in my favourite mug and I still want to fling that across the room.

This has come absolutely out of nowhere. Anyone else experiences just sudden burning anger?

And any tips for stopping being angry? Especially when there is no cause of the anger.

I did but with the hrt that's gone. I felt like a volcano simmering and the slightest thing would make me blow and then I'd stay angry for ages afterwords. It's awful.

Thanks. Filled in an econsult as this is so out of character for me.

Hrt tablets didn’t help, estrogen gel and ultragestan has made a huge difference. It wasn’t instant and I can still have my moments but I find it much easier to control now.

I am no longer angry! That was a strange morning. Feel knackered now, emotionally wrung out. Dr appointment is March so will take it from there.
