Groin sweats?

Is this a peri thing? I've suddenly started really swearing in my groin, along my knicker line. At least I think it's sweat, not wee but by the end of the day or first think in the morning my knickers are wet. It horrid, makes me itch and makes the skin sore.

Im a bit overweight but no more overweight than I've been for the last ten years and this has started suddenly.

Sudocreme on clean dry skin is very good for itchy folds!!

@Greatly it just gets better & better doesn’t it!

Yes, also try femfresh spray in the morning, small white and peach canister

I just ordered the moisture wicking pants. I also take oxybutynin. The GP prescribed beta blockers initially and they didn't work. I did my research and asked a GP to prescribe them and they helped massively. I am a sweaty person anyway and since peri hit it's got bad again, particularly around the groin area.
I was on 5mg but now take 2.5mg at night also. I can't take any higher a dose as it makes my mouth dry. Hopefully the pants will be an extra help.

I've noticed when I workout at the gym my groin sweats disproportionately and absolutely stinks. Had a session with a PT today and when I was doing squats could smell myself so I'm sure he could too, v embarrassing. I wear wicking underwear and Lycra leggings, not sure what else I can do. Reluctant to spray deodorant type chemicals but think I need something

I wear washable bamboo cotton pant liners daily to absorb sweat and bladder leaks. I find I feel a lot fresher.
I also shave off my pubic hair as I felt that held onto the sweat and made it smell

@ThePoshUns
Do you mind me asking which make of panty liners you use?

@bagelbagelbagel
My Modi Bodi knickers arrived and the first thing I have noticed is that they are really comfortable. The material feels really soft against my skin. Strangely I haven't been very sweaty the last few day so will have to see how they will be for that. I'm glad I got them though as I find my skin is sensitive and they don't cut into me as much as my old knickers. Cost me a fortune though.

I wear mine every day now and on wash day when I wear regular pants I am noticeably more uncomfortable. For me it was an investment in my comfort and confidence.

I am having this issue too especially when at the gym. It’s very embarrassing. If I am sitting on a bench I get up and the seat has a sweat patch 😞
Are the washable pads bulky? I worry about them showing under my trouser / leggings.
