Yes - internal oestrogen like Ovestin can help as sometimes lack of oestrogen makes it worse (we have oestrogen receptors in the bladder).

Urge, stress or drip?

I definitely found that HRT helped with urge incontinence. Not so sure about the others. Oxybutinin can help with urge incontinence, if HRT does not.

Yes if you're perimenopausal it could be vaginal atrophy messing everything else up down there. Vaginal oestrogen should sort that for you

See my issue is I had a hysterectomy 4 yrs ago only leaving my ovaries in but the incontinence started 6+ months ago
