help- can't get my head around when to change patches

Right i am being thick. I was on on the gel, then it disappeared- i was happy on it. I was put on lenzetto and it is not working well enough. I asked the dr if i could try patches .
So I change them twice a week, so one patch is on for three days and the next for 4? How does that work then?( being thick)

Me too…there’s a lot of patch changing on Mondays and Thursdays 😂

I have a subtle uptick in my mood which is something. I feel a bit more chirpy.
yes the sweats are still persisting as are the palpitations. I feel hopeful these will get me there in the end.🙂
