I've posted a lot of this before, but going by the responses here it might be good to point out that there are loads of sources of info, but maybe not as easily found as switching on the telly :)

1 Liz Earle Wellbeing website has a 1 hr interview (podcast) with a meno specialist. You need to scroll down the list or search.

2 Youtube video interviews between Diane Danzebrink and meno specialists

3 Videos and podcasts on the website of Dr Louise Newson

The British Menopause Society has mini interviews with specialists here thebms.org.uk/publications/bms-tv/

4 Books- Your Change, Your Choice - an integrated way of dealing with meno incl alternatives to HRT

I mentioned her on another thread, Cynthia Thurlow (USA based) has some good stuff on her website and podcasts. She’s more from all round women’s health perspective, with particular focus on intermittent fasting and it’s benefits for women, but she does talk quite a bit about menopause and has had some very good interviews with experts like Dr Avrum Bluming.

Her podcast release today is about perimenopause and while it does come from a US health “service” perspective (talk of insurance, etc) there’s some useful stuff. The podcast is called Everyday Wellness.

She has several YouTube videos including her TEDx talk about intermittent fasting and why she believes it is very good for menopausal/perimenopausal women.

Would recommend the Facebook group Harley St at Home: Menopause - diagnosis, symptoms & treatment
Lots of useful documentation stored there and a very helpful dietician Nigel Denby.
No affiliation but I used it lots going through perimenopause and my subsequent hysterectomy.
