Hi , I’ve been itching in my vulva for weeks now
Meno Dr prescribed Ovestin which hasn’t helped much my usual GP prescribed steroid cream and double gel , I had a swab taken it’s not thrush .
Can anyone recommend a moisturiser that doesn’t contain parabens or loads of chemicals please

I use femfresh intimate wash since being peri and that’s definitely gentler than soap or shower gel. I also use coconut oil as lube moisturiser daily and have recently been prescribed vagifem when I asked for Ovestin. Not sure if it was due to shortages, or that GP just thought it was more appropriate, or even interchangeable, being oestrogen delivered to the general area, but it’s made a huge difference, more so than the cream did. Without giving too much info, it feels a lot more like the old days down there!

I've been on obestin for about a year now, over the past two weeks my vagina is becoming itchy and sore again......especially outside not inside yet. Any ideas should I change to vagifem
Any help appreciated
