Stress incontinence returned on Elvorel patches

I've been on these for just over 3 months. My sleep is loads better (which was my biggest issue),
Mood also better and vaginal dryness also improved.
However, stress incontinence is back - I play tennis and am back to having to use a tena pad which is pretty full after 1.5 hours where I had reached the point of not using one at all.
I've also gained several pounds which I'm not too happy about.

Has anyone else experienced this? Would a different HRT solution not have this problem?
I got a repeat prescription for a second 3 month course without review but am seriously considering stopping it. I hate feeling like an old lady weeing myself every time I hit a ball/ stumble.

Following with interest. I have just been pescribed evorelsequi patches.

My stress incontinence is not good. I didn't realise that this was a side effect.......

@silverbubbles that was the one good thing about the menopause for me was that it got so much better!
I thought it might be the Pilates but I'm still doing that

Speak to Gp mine says she only wants me to get repeat if I’m 100% happy anything less and I to let her know and we’ll look at other options.

There are lots of questions on this @balzamico :)

For example, have you seen a women's physio to try to get the issue controlled better through exercises?

Is Evorel combined continuous, or sequential? If it's the former, that might be an issue to look at, and swap to sequential which is estrogen only for half the month.

You could also try using vaginal estrogen as well, which can help.

Weight gain doesn't help as it puts more strain on the pelvic floor.

If all that doesn't help you might want to consider surgery to lift the bladder back into position.
