I keep feeling very warm but no sweat. It's a dry, overwhelming heat that appears suddenly. Makes me feel nauseous and anxious. This all started since I had the Covid jab at the beginning of March. I do understand this is probably a coincidence.
Currently trying starpowa menopause gummies . Last period was December

I'm getting this at night. I had the AZ in March.

It's the peri menopause :)

£20 a month for basically a vitamin pill which contains everything you can get from food, a soya yoghurt and a cup of sage tea?

It's a rip off.

It's getting embarrassing. I had to suddenly get up and stand outside at my mum's today. Then halfway through my meal tonight it made me feel nauseous and had to throw food away

Sounds like the Peri menopause. I've been experiencing it for about 18months.

My flushes are hot, but not sweaty and they are generally triggered by heat; so it's worse in the summer and when eg. cooking dinner. It's not unusual for my family to walk in the kitchen and find me cooking in just a t-shirt and knickers!

I wear a vest and leggins for 'lockdown' walks, but everyone else has a winter coat on!

As a previous poster mentioned, Sage helps. I take a supplement before bed. (And apparently Red Clover, which I haven't tried yet.) I'll try and attach a screenshot of it, it started helping after only a few days. I take it before bed so I can sleep better. It helps with the heart palpitations/anxiety too.

Do some research online as to which natural remedies may work. Look at the real trials and the reports by the RCOG which summarise what may help. There are a lot of meno products out there which are a rip off.
