Sudden watery discharge on HRT

I'm 45 and have been on Femoston 1/10 for 6 months to manage relatively mild peri symptoms (mostly overheating at night). Generally feeling great on it with no problems.

The last 2 days, at pretty much the same time each day (about 2 hours after taking my oestrogen pill), I've suddenly noticed a horrible wet feeling. When I've checked, my pants are wet through to my tights like I've wet myself. There's no visible discharge, just wet through to the point that I have to change clothes. I don't think its urine as there's no smell at all (at the time and after I left them to dry on the radiator). Absolutely no sensation of 'going' or of it happening either, just suddenly being aware of this cold wet feeling when I sit down. It's not all day either, as I don't notice it again after I've changed.

I've definitely had more cm since taking HRT, but have never had this kind of watery discharge before, (if that is what it is - I'm going to put in my moon cup today, to narrow down where it's coming from!). I was just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences and if this is in the range of normal or something I should be concerned about?

It's just normal discharge but more of it. caused by higher estrogen levels.

I have had exactly this experience. It comes and goes (as with all things perimenopausal). I tend to have a few days of it where, like you, it’s sufficient that I worry that, if I was wearing a thong and yoga leggings, it might actually show!
It is absolutely definitely discharge, not urine, and I just use a very light pantyliner on those days now.
I have recently turned 50 and have been on Estrogel/Utrogestan for about 18 months.

Thank you for replying! That's really reassuring to know. Panty liners it is then ...
