HRT and frozen shoulder

I was wondering if anyone has experience a frozen shoulder?
I've just realised this is probably what I've had since mid July, I've read a few things that mention menopause and hormones having an effect.
I changed my HRT around this time from a pill to a gel, it may not have anything to do with the frozen shoulder, but I was wondering if anyone had any similar experiences.

Interesting. I have frozen shoulder (bloody hurts!) and am on HRT. Not heard of any correlation between them though.

It's more common in women over 50.

No, no connection- you are middle aged and these arthritic / musculaskeletal things tend to happen. :)

This getting older business is not easy is it?
My shoulder problem has just come out of nowhere, its rather depressing, like my body is working against me.

Go and see a physio and get some exercises to do for it?

@JinglingHellsBells I have been seeing someone and doing exercises, however I've just moved away from the UK so now have to navigate a new health system.

I’m nearly 2 years into one. Been on HRT for 3. However, I also had one in my early 40s.
I believe it’s more of an auto immune condition which is why something like 85% of them occur in women.
