Is this a proper hot flush?

Hello All. I was cycling with my son today while only wearing jeans and tee shirt. It was raining and we only did a couple of easy miles, but half way through I found it really unpleasant, felt really tired and when I got back, I was hot, my face was red and sweat wouldn't stop dripping off me. This was only a short cycle at a moderate pace.
I'm on Prozac, so wouldn't expect to see the full force of a hot flush as it is said to reduce that, I just couldn't believe how hot and bothered I was and how I was sweating for so long.
I'm 47 and managed a 20km ride the other week with no bother.

It might be a hot flush, but the exercise might explain it; my hot flushes came from nowhere - I'd be sitting reading the paper or lying in bed or whatever, and bam, there it was. They've stopped now🤞

Thanks, KnittedDaisies. I was just putting on make up and couldn't continue as I came about all hot and sweaty, so I guess it is "real".

It doesn't sound like a hot flush @HotSauceCommittee. They tend to be short and sharp- mine used to last around a minute and would come out of nowhere. Not related to activity at all.
