Vivid lucid dreams

Does anyone else get these?
I'm 45 and well into peri but these dreams are becoming a nuisance.
They're not nightmares but unpleasant and I can remember every detail when I wake up like a real memory.

Is this yet another peri symptom?
Anyone dealt with this successfully?

No solutions unfortunately but yes, me too. Sometimes they are nightmares & are horrific, other times more like extra-vivid dreams that I remember every detail of but also feel exhausted from, like I've been up all night leading an alternative life 🤦🏻‍♀️

I do find a good routine before bed helps. I have been a brutal sleeper my whole life, never going to bed early & often really late, often surviving on a few hours sleep. Now I find that going to bed with the kids about 9 means I get some quality sleep, before the dreams kick in & ultimately I'm not as exhausted.

Feels like I've no life, mind you - kids / work / exercise / bed. Recently I can't face even eating dinner I'm so desperate for sleep ...

Menopause and sleep - what a disaster. I’m full on hot flushes and wake about 4 times every night. After around 3am, my short batches of sleep are a mess of anxiety dreams. This morning it was a burglary dream. The good thing is it is nice to wake up from them because then it hits you - it’s only a dream. They are very realistic. I don’t know the answer.
