Not for me although it definitely helped with the insomnia and night sweats

LizB62A · 07/06/2019 23:13

It seems to have helped my fatigue a bit - definitely fewer aches and pains too, and my brain is (slightly) less foggy too Smile

thenightsky · 07/06/2019 23:16

Yes, definitely, in my case.

Mrsjayy · 07/06/2019 23:16

Yes I think so ive not had as many waves of tiredness since i have been on Hrt .

OffYouPopDoll · 07/06/2019 23:19

It hasn't helped with my fatigue but done wonders for my night sweats.

butterflywings37 · 07/06/2019 23:19

This is very interesting as I had a hysterectomy at 21 - kept my ovaries- now 42 and suffering from extreme fatigue, generally exhausted... could it be my hormones? I was told I could go into early menopause....

MrsBlondie · 07/06/2019 23:22

After trying 3 different types of hrt I think that my current is helpful with energy and well being in general. I think that our body finally adjust at lower estrogen levels and our brain and psychology play a huge role.

Hotterthanahotthing · 08/06/2019 05:21

I find that just having a good night's sleep for a change helped a lot.Less aches to and my hair stopped falling out.I also took vitamin d for the first time this winter.

Aquamarine1029 · 08/06/2019 05:39

For me and many women I know, HRT has been amazing. Literally changed everything. If you can get it, don't wait another day. There is no reason to suffer like this.

letsdolunch321 · 08/06/2019 11:44

Helped with my fatigue, headaches and generally feeling better

JinglingHellsBells · 08/06/2019 11:47

I assume it does. I started HRT around 6 months after my final period and have used it for 11 years. I feel as good as I did before menopause but I also try really hard with my diet and exercise, and I've cut back on work so it's very part time now.

Vargas · 10/06/2019 13:23

HRT helped me with everything, I no longer need or want to nap in the day (apart from after a very big night out Wink).

Corndog · 10/06/2019 15:15

Yes, it has been miraculous

lu9months · 10/06/2019 18:36

thanks all. for those who have had a big reduction in their fatigue levels, what do you use? im seeing the gp next week but not sure what the options are

Mrsjayy · 10/06/2019 20:13

LizB62A · 16/06/2019 22:48

I'm on Evorel Conti patches

Fibbke · 16/06/2019 22:51

I'm in femoston. I sleep well but find it really really hard to get up in the morning. I don't really wake up until 2pm!

DeadBod · 16/06/2019 22:58

I'm on Tiberlone. I tried 3 different types of HRT from my doctor before seeing another doctor who specialises in HRT. She recommended this one after hearing extreme tiredness was a problem and the difference was amazing.

princessTiasmum · 17/06/2019 15:12

LizB62A are you post meno, my Dr has just switched me onto Evoral Conti, but i have read more bad reports than good, like hair loss which i already have,[ been on livial,] although that might be coincidence, so don;t want more hair loss, also bleeding, which i don;t want either, plus stomach cramps, not many positive stories,
How long have you been on them
I am very reluctant now to start them
