Let me know if you find anything that works..even after a (vanishingly rare) nights sleep I'm drowning in tiredness. I feel 120.

HRT all the way! It's amazing.

Peri has completely changed my metabolism. For me the answer seems to be to keep blood sugar levels stable and to not let them elevate. Smaller portions, whole food, complex carbs, green carbs, nuts, seeds, healthy fats, low salt, low sugar (not too much fruit), eggs, fish, vegetables, keep hydrated. This keeps my mood more stable too. I’ve stopped eating red meat and I’m sure this is why I hardly get migraines any more. I take a multivitamin which has vitamin D in it. I know I had low vitamin D levels and I no longer feel so drained.
My fitness pal has been an eye opener for me in terms of understanding what a healthy portion size looks like.

watching with interest. im the same - exhausted. blood tests normal. I eat well, don't drink much, take multi vitamins. no other menopausal symptoms so im not sure it will help the fatigue . aquamarine1029 did you find it helped?

Have they checked your Vit D levels?

The same for me was tearful all the time as I was so exhausted, I made loads of dietary changes more exercise and really tried to look after myself but still felt terrible but honestly the only thing that has worked is HRT, it's been a revelation!

I'm taking Vit B6 magnesium and taurine after research for peri leading me to PMDD and it has certainly helped with the emotional side and I sleep so much better.

I'm also eating healthy. I would try this but ultimately you may need HRT as others have said Thanks
