Breast fullness disappearing on hrt

hello. I’ve been on evorel sequi for 12 months now and definitely feel better than I did before started, although still got some tiredness and aches and pains.

I was pleased that my breasts had kept
Their shape and felt quite full and in fact at certain times ( usually just before bleed) felt swollen. However the last couple of months that seems to have changed and they now feel a bit more squishy and I don’t think they look as. Good. Is this to be expected on hrt? In the whole scheme of things it’s not a major problem but I’ve always been fond of my big bouncy girls and my DP has too. I want them backGrin

I noticed that my breasts are fuller and firmer on hrt than before but not every month. When I feel them fuller, they are more sensitive.

Mine were until the last few months. Sensitive as well which I quite liked ( might sound strange) but made me feel younger. I hope this isn’t the end and they are just going to be squishy forevermore.

I gain a bit weight and it helps to feel my breast bigger and fuller. My only concern is if that fuller breast means more estrogen and maybe if I take more than I need, it will cause problems.

Thanks. I have gained some weight in recent years but am wondering if the hrt I’m on isn’t being as effective now since I’ve noticed these changes in my breasts. I’ve also had some annoying shoulder and back pain again which I had prior to starting hrt. I’m due to see gP soon so will discuss

I think breast changes can be temporary for some women, and that's good as you don't want them to keep growing.

It may be that everything is settling down or it could be you need a higher dose of HRT if your symptoms are coming back. However, weight gain does exacerbate meno symptoms so losing some might be a good idea?
