I’ve just started on the patches and am now 4 days in. I feel a bit more positive and less lethargic. I also seem to have less of a sugar craving for some reason. No reduction in hot flushes yet though. The patch seems to stick very well on my thigh.
Anyone else recently started?
Anyone with positive feedback?
I’m just trying to counter the negativity on other threads. I do realise that you’re far more likely to post if you do have issues rather than if you’re happy. But I really do want this to work for me and any experiences will be useful.

I've been on these patches for 3 weeks after several years on HRT tablets. I feel more positive and less anxious and joint pains have gone. On the downside I've put on some weight so shall have to keep an eye on what I eat. But definitely a positive step for me.

Hi, I've been on EC patch for 1y 8m and they have been great for me. Some bleeding first 4 months then settled. In Jan 19 I cut down to a half patch as I thought they were a bit strong and this is a great level. We are all different so try things out for yourself and find the best for you. I also use a cream 2 per week as was very dry vaginally, this too has made a huge difference and sex is not painful. I just put on our first Menopause Cafe at work and it was good to talk about this with some colleagues. Good luck x

Been on Evorel Conti for a day. I went straight from Femoston pill one day to the patch without a gap. Perhaps I shouldn’t have done this as I immediately noticed heavy legs, like I used to get on the pill. I think I should’ve left a weeks grace. Is this right?

Also noticed, oh joy of joys, that I slept through last night; which I really needed! I’d pranged the car on a low bollard earlier yesterday (on the way home from getting the patches from chemist Hmm), after a 3 week run of poor sleep. Fingers crossed the heaviness goes, but perhaps I should remove the patches and wait the week?

I started evorel conti 5 months ago after being on evorel sequi for 18 months. I am feeling much better since I started using it. I have dreadful headaches and these have almost stopped. I am also sleeping better. I have had issues with bleeding though, pretty well constant, finll y stopped now, for now at least, but apparently this can occur whilst your body is getting used to it -healthexpress.co.uk/evorel-conti
