Should I be taking HRT or any supplements?

My last normal monthly period was October 2016, periods then stopped completely for six months until I started to spot blood daily for about 6-8 weeks . This then stopped again for about 3 months until I started to spot again for about another six weeks and then stopped again! This year in April I just had light blood on wiping on and off for about 2 months and nothing since. So no actual periods for 2 years, I have seen my doctor a few times to be checked but no mention of taking hrt or any other supplements has been mentioned. I have never had a night sweat and feel the same mood wise as I always did.
So should I be taking hrt? Will I be ok to carry on as I am? Or should I be taking any vitamins or supplements for the bones?
I take vitamin D through the winter months and Vitamin C with Zinc daily. Any advice please

The spotting and odd bleeding does count as a period - it's just a light one so you've not gone 2 years with no periods. You had some bleeding in April, so it's now around 8 months. 12 months with no bleeding at all would class you as post menopausal.

You don't need do anything re HRT or supplements as long as you feel ok and are (goes without saying) eating a healthy diet.

Great thanks for advice , I just thought doctors automatically put you on HRT and was surprised my doctor didn't mention it. Good to know I can carry on as I am but I am wondering if I need to take calcium or something similar for bones?
