Would you take hrt with no symptoms?

I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I'm young to be menopausal, I'm 44 and am pretty much at the official menopause stage rather than peri (it's been nearly a year since last period). I've had the very very occasional hot flush, literally a handful of times but not at all for months now. I don't notice any other menopausal symptoms I don't think (apart from no periods!) My DM went through menopause early and easily too.
Should I be taking hrt anyway though? I'm in two minds as to what to do

Yes without a shadow of a doubt.

The advice from specialists and NICE is that women with early menopause (under 45-47) should consider HRT because they are at an increased risk of heart disease and osteoporosis otherwise.

Not having the troublesome symptoms does not mean your bones and heart will be healthy in 15-20 years time.

The medical advice is you use HRT up early 50s at least to bring you in line with average meno age, and the risks with it do not apply to women under 50-ish.

Absolutely yes! I am 42 and a year on hrt. My gyn and my endo are adamant that I need hrt at least until 50.
The absence of symptoms doesn’t mean that we will not have problems later because of the loss of estrogen. Get informed and take care of yourself. Hope it helps! :)

I started taking the HRT a few months ago, I am 40 and my doc said I should take it for about 5 or 6 years 🤷‍♀️
Said wait until your kids leave school.
🤔
Anyways I can't say I feel any differently before I started taking it and after.
I was previously taking a herbal remedy one from boots along with vit d and star flower oil and evening primrose.
Now I only take hrt and the vitamin d.

I’m 43 and am about to start taking bio identical HRT. I’m not waiting for the menopause to hit me like a brick wall.
