I can cope with the rest of the menopaus I think but my moods and temper and personality changes are really getting me down.
My doctor has given me Kliovance.

Hi, I have been the same. I have other peri symptoms too but my mood swings have been terrible. A few days ago I started taking 1000mg of Evening Primrose Oil capsules as I read it can make a difference and it does!! I can't believe what a change in a few days, I feel great and my family have noticed too. Well worth a try.

Liquorice tea is surprisingly good. Works for me!

A difference so soon larrysmum? Might that be a a placebo effect do you think? I guess it doesn't matter as long as it works huh?

Liquorice tea? Is it as awful tasting as it sounds?

No, it's lovely! Naturally sweet. The Twining's one is nice x

McKenzie Yes I do definitely feel better and I know EPO can take months for you to have an effect but for me it works in a few days. I have never been on any medication and don't usually take vitamins but I have read quite a few times on the internet on how effective they can be and for some people it's effect can be a lot sooner. During the run up to my periods I have unbearable cramps and horrendous temper, but this week I have been fine and able to cope with a smile on my face. Yes it's working for me and worth a try.

Peppermint & Liquorice Pukka Tea is amazing BrewSmile

skincarejunkie · 12/08/2017 23:30

I can't get on with the pukka. Or the Yogi. The Aldi is ok but not as effective for me. It's did that it works but it's almost instant!

Thanks for the posts. I've decided to invest in my well being and I'm going to see a lady who specialises in nutrition and supplements for dealing with the menopause.
I'm seeing her on Wednesday so I'll hold off buying anything new until then but I will definitely remember the two things that you guys have suggested. Thank you
