I know others will come along who will disagree with me, but I don't 'believe' in vitamins unless your diet is deficient. I make an exception for Vit D as most of us are short of that.
Menopace (there are different types in the range) include isoflavone (from soya) which some studies show may relieve hot flushes.

Most of them are trace elements which you'd be getting in food anyway. You can get the 20mg of soya from a soya yoghurt. If you have a good diet or can make yourself eat a good diet, no one should need to pop a vit pill.
It won't replace estrogen which is the cause of meno symptoms. IMO it's a placebo effect- nice to think it works, but it won't do any more than eating a healthy diet with loads of fruit, veg, oily fish, good fats etc.
