I'm 46, regular periods but started having some strange symptoms. First one is feet tingling it is uncomfortable. I have also started having migrane with nausea/vomiting. Previously only had visual migranes with no sickness or pain. Could these be peri menopause?

And Osteoporosis is directly linked to the amount of oestrogen in your body over a lifetime. Female athletes whose periods often stop due to over exercising or low body weight often develop osteo, as do women with PCOS.
Even without any of these, 1:3 women over 50 will have osteoporosis. It's a very serious disabling disease so you do need to prevent it.
More women die from the complications of broken hips each year in old age than breast cancer.
You must see your GP and if they fob you off, ask for a referral or self refer to a gynae privately.
