Hot Flushes and Nausea?

I'm 48, have had a mirena coil for 3 years so i don't get periods any more. I have begun to get hot flushes and feel knackered and nauseous. Could this be the start of the menopause? I wasn't expecting the nausea part and I was very sick last night, although I had the same dinner as the rest of my family. Anyone else has this?

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to relieve aching joints from menopause?

(And I wish my periods would sodding well stop with the Mirena! Seem to be almost every couple of weeks at the moment!)

I've been take the Menosan tincture drops since Saturday and have noticed a difference with regard to the flushes and associated nausea. Early days I know but it's heartening

I went our for a meal with a friends last night and spent the whole night complaining/comparing menopausal symptomsGrin
