I hate the thought of putting m boys back into childcare when I go back to work. It also costs a fortune. My mum looked ater my 6 year old at first and after we came home from America he went to a day care nursery but they were taking him late to play group and he was always late being collected. So he then went to a Childminder where he was bored, left to play in the hall in the dark, she was very house proud. Finally we got him into a nursery until I went off on Maternity leave where he was really happy.I might just do nights when I do go back to work.

Your childcare problems sound awful. I have been lucky. The childminder only looks after the boys and she treats them like they are her ows. she has a son who is 26 and he loves them too as does her DH. They get taken out for meals all the time and she spoils tehm rotten. she is also taking them for 3 days when we are going to Paris in March. We have not been away from them yet so there will probably be war. I have not gone to W5 yet. Every time the weather is rotten we think of going and then I think it will be packed as there was a huge queue one day that we nearly went. I love the sound of the digger place though. Must go there Maggie

Hi I am glad that you are going to get to meet other parents that are in the same situation and in the same area. Hope the group is a good success.
I have bags sitting ready to go to the charity shops as well. I have heard stories about the workers in places going through the bags and taking good things out. I would not like the thought of this happening.
