I know you are all very excited and i am now pleased to announce that the MN Christmas party has been booked.

it will be held at the Hat and Tun PUB

on 27th November 7:30 - about 1am.

Food is supplied by way of platters of various delicious buffet delights.

tickets are £20 which is payable by paypal to [email protected]

I didn't get an e-mail from you Gigantaur. I have had confirmation from Paypal and it's on my bank statement as Mumsnet, so I guess all is OK.

DH also confirmed that 'I see you and Kbear are going out with your virtual friends again' when he opened the bank statement!

Is there one of those lists made up, like last year, where any confirmed people, cut and paste and added their name to the list.

It's so much easier to check out who's going in a list.

Hey all, sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you all.

Anyway

Spoke to Travelodge who have goven me the following info:

The Farringdon Travelodge is unable to offer twin rooms . (I will be double checking this as they say on the website that with enough notice they can do this). They can offer a double bed room at the price of £85.60 per night. How many people sharing that double bed doesn't matter apparently lol

But

The helpful person I spoke to suggested the Travelodge Kings Cross Royal Scot (which is only about 0.5 mile further out) They can offer twin and triple rooms for £85.60 per room, regardless of how many people stay there (well, of course, upto 3 people )

Not sure if that might be the better bet.

Have also been informed the Farrgindon Travelodge is not accessible for wheelchair users
