For a story in The Times I'm looking to speak to homeowners who have discovered they have a 'looped' electricity supply and had to have it 'delooped' - often when they want to install solar panels, an EV charger, etc. I'm looking to speak to those who've had experiences of delooping or are waiting for their supply to be delooped.
