Hi there,
We've received the following media request.
Thanks,
MNHQ
I'm writing about low contact as an approach within family breakdowns and strains and I'm hoping to speak to people who have experience of implementing it within their family, anonymously of course.
It's specifically people who have implemented low contact (not no contact in this case although maybe they did that first, and then low contact worked best).
I'd like to speak to people in the next couple of days, by phone, and hear about why they did it and how it's helped, and maybe the difficulties too. How they planned it, whether they announced it, how someone else could go about it, the structure or plan they put in place, that kind of thing.
The piece will be for The Guardian and include interviews with a few people going through it, as well as experts and therapists.
